We converted this former tub/shower to a larger walk-in shower by taking space from the adjacent closet. The new shower has a rain head and a handheld shower head. The new vanity and medicine cabinet provides ample storage. The light colored zellige tile in the shower with seamless shower door creates interest and depth. The herringbone porcelain tile floor adds a sophisticated texture. The wood mirror and woven shade compliment each other while adding warmth and contrast.

This home featured many architectural elements that were not being showcased or enhanced. The beams were sourced from 200 year old pine trees in Central Park. The wood panels and beam mantle were repurposed from beams taken from a 200 year old barn on the property. The design was not reflecting the homeowner’s evolved style. The home was painted throughout, new light fixtures, new furniture was selected, rugs, art, and accessories. The result is a home with a cohesive, comfortable, and casual feeling with a modern farmhouse sensibility.

We elevated this family retreat by taking cues from the exterior views of Seneca Lake. The former interior consisted of a lot of warm hues of red and gold. We refreshed the entire home with paint, updated light fixtures, reused some furniture, art and accessories , mixed with some new to create this welcoming retreat ready to be enjoyed for years to come.

We transformed this kitchen by painting the cabinets, and extended the peninsula to create a space for stools. The dark counter top was replaced with a lighter quartz. Custom window treatments add color and personality. New hardware completed the look. A new tile backsplash will be added.

This custom built home features upgraded finishes throughout, including an open concept split plan on the main level with master en-suite, kitchen with white shaker style cabinetry, a large island, a walk in pantry, quartz counter tops, tile backsplash, dining room with access to deck, living room with built ins and gas fireplace, transom windows with motorized shades. Interior design is a modern, eclectic style featuring many hand knotted rugs and meaningful accents that were part of the homeowners personal collection.

This master bathroom was entirely renovated to create a relaxing spa like retreat for the homeowners. Finishes include marble floors and shower and walls with a glass and marble deco tile for interest and variety, quartz counter tops, walk in shower with niche, rain head, and wand. The vanity was customized to look like piece of furniture, the beveled mirrors are flanked with decorative sconces, the soaking tub is finished with a recessed panel design to tie into the cabinetry. A lantern style chandelier illuminates this area. Custom window treatments include pleated shades and a soft top treatment provide interest, softness and privacy.

This home is situated on the East side of Canandaigua Lake and is a separate cottage on the property. The home owners were not utilizing it and decided they needed it to host family and friends. We updated the interior with paint and flooring and fully furnished it to provide a relaxing retreat for guests. It is a casual, relaxed style with a lakeside cottage vibe.

This kitchen renovation began with a new layout for a growing family including new windows, doors, lighting, an island with seating and a built in microwave, a bench seat at the bay window, shaker style cabinetry with glass feature doors, exposed wood shelves, an extra large professional range and hood, quartz counters, marble backsplash, hardwood floors, warm brushed brass accents all add up to a modern traditional style that blends their taste with the existing home.

The homeowners had a variety of furniture from their previous home that was not working for the open layout of this room. Creating a space plan that took advantage of the open layout, lake view and fireplace with TV was essential. We selected a custom sectional and two leather swivel chairs enabled the room to function so much better. We anchored this grouping with an area rug and coffee table, and completed the look accent furniture, lighting and accessories. Now this is an inviting space for family and entertaining.
